Job summary

Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is recruiting an experienced Senior Planner to join a major Australian civil infrastructure contractor delivering across NSW. Based in Sydney, you will develop and optimise construction programmes for transport, water, renewables and defence projects.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in planning and scheduling within civil construction, strong on-site delivery experience, TfNSW exposure, and advanced Primavera P6/MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' planning and scheduling experience within civil construction.
• Strong on-site construction experience and understanding of practical delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated TfNSW or comparable civil infrastructure project exposure.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project capability.
• Ability to manage planning across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise construction programmes across multiple projects.
• Tender programming, baselined, resourced and costed schedules.
• Progress monitoring, earned value reporting and delay analysis.
• Prepare extensions of time and contractual programming submissions.
