Job summary

UGL Regional Linx is seeking an experienced Planner to develop and optimise integrated project schedules across rail, infrastructure and maintenance initiatives. You will drive scheduling accuracy, cost loading and robust project controls in Primavera P6, enabling informed decision-making and governance across multiple projects.

You will work closely with project teams, managing WBS, baselines and resource loading, while tracking progress and identifying risks to support safe, cost-effective

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project planning, scheduling or project controls in rail, infrastructure, construction or maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
• Experience developing and managing IMS with integrated schedules and progress updates.
• Ability to analyse schedules, critical path, float and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain WBS, activity logic, resource loading, baselines and project controls.
• Develop, maintain and validate cost-loaded project program in Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, assess changes and mitigate schedule impacts.
• Analyse schedule performance and provide forecasts and reports for governance.
• Ensure schedule quality, data integrity and compliance with planning standards.
