Job summary

Arafura Rare Earths Limited is seeking a Senior Planner to own the schedule for the Owner's Team on Nolans EPCM delivery. You will coordinate with EPCM planning and project management to keep the integrated schedule credible for decision-making.

You'll deliver the Owner's Team view, baseline alignment, progress forecasts and critical path analysis, and provide early visibility of delays to enable proactive leadership action.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in planning and scheduling on major resources or industrial capital projects.
• Experience on an Owner's team with EPCM delivery.
• Strong capability with baseline, progress, forecasts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Owner's Team schedule and its integration with the project WBS and baseline.
• Forecast milestones, resource trends and consolidated schedule input across Area Managers.
• Assure EPCM schedule deliverables and progress against Owner requirements.
• Govern float, baseline changes and tie-in with progress and approved changes.
• Provide early delay signals through schedule analysis and reporting to leadership.
