Job summary

Pearl Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Planner to lead and execute projects for mining and resources clients, at both operator and contractor levels. You will guide a team of planners through the entire project lifecycle, from study to delivery, leveraging your industry connections to expand the scope.

The role requires 5–10 years in project planning, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in a project planning function within Mining or Resources sectors.
• Primavera P6 experience is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team of planners and engineers in execution of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead current and future project scopes from initial study stage to final delivery.
• Manage and coordinate team of planners to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and key stakeholders, providing updates and reports on progress.
• Manage cost controls and ensure projects stay within budgets provided by clientele.
