Lycopodium in Perth seeks an experienced Senior Planner to lead schedule development and control for study and project teams. This pivotal role ensures deliverables align with client, company, and regulatory standards through accurate schedules and proactive change management.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in planning, strong Primavera skills, and proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior planning experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in EPC and EPCM and working with all project stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Primavera planning software.
• Ability to read and interpret typical design deliverables.
• Ability to prepare accurate, detailed schedules and reports.
• Ability to establish the schedule and forecast.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedules to high standard.
• Respond to change to keep projects on time within scope.
• Support teams with up-to-date data for management of activities.
• Develop planning procedures, work practices and protocols.
• Analyze scope changes and schedule trends and advise actions.
• Ensure implementations and controls meet project requirements.
• Communicate with client and Project Manager on matters affecting goals.
