Job summary

Arafura Rare Earths Limited is seeking a Project Manager in Perth to lead Area Managers and take Owner-side accountability for delivering Australia’s first fully integrated rare earths processing facility, from design through commissioning and handover.

You will report to the Project Director and ensure all Areas come together as one integrated plant, coordinating with the EPCM contractor to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior project leadership experience on major resources projects.
• At least 5 years representing the Owner or EPCM on large projects.
• Proven ability to deliver greenfield or megaprojects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers to deliver an integrated plant from design to handover.
• Coordinate Owner interests and hold EPCM contractor to contract KPIs.
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, schedule performance and risk mitigation.
• Endorse design deliverables with Engineering Manager for operability and lifecycle performance.
• Oversee construction, commissioning and operations readiness to ensure a smooth handover.
• Provide Owner assurance on safety, environmental and heritage commitments.
