Job summary

UGL is seeking a Project Planner to support challenging projects across fuels, storage, refining and terminal infrastructure. You will develop and maintain complex schedules, analyse data, and provide critical insights to project teams and leaders.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineering personnel and operations staff, applying robust delivery methodologies and risk management practices. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with 1–2 days at home weekly.

Qualifications

• Primavera P6 proficiency is required.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and critical path analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyse and maintain complex project schedules across fuel terminals and related infrastructure.
• Engage with project managers, engineering teams and operators to align on milestones and deliverables.
• Provide actionable insights and progress reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities.You'llwork alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement,constructionand commissioning.
