Job summary

UGL is seeking a Project Planner to join our Fuels & Energy East team in Australia. You will develop, analyse and maintain complex project schedules across bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal assets.

You will work with experienced professionals, applying Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling techniques to forecast milestones, manage risks and support project delivery from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Primavera P6 proficiency in scheduling and planning.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical with reporting skills.

As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are invitingProject Plannersinterestedin expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels,refiningand terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.

You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities.You'llwork alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement,constructionand commissioning.

About you

Primavera P6proficiency, with strongexpertisein developing,analysingandmaintainingcomplex project schedules.

Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, critical path analysis, risk management, resource planning, and schedule recovery strategies.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively with project managers, engineering teams,contractorsand operational personnel.

Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving,communicationand reporting skills, capable of translating complex project data into actionable insights for project and business leaders.
