BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to conduct client intake, assess needs, and develop client-centered care plans. You will travel to client homes delivering personal care, domestic support, transport and shopping assistance, while updating CRM/CMS records and coordinating with the care team.
Required are Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a roadworthy vehicle.
