Job summary

The Thoughtful Agency is seeking an industry-obsessed Paid Social Lead to shape and grow our paid social offering for ecommerce brands. You will define best‑practice frameworks, craft client strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond, and oversee end‑to‑end campaigns for maximum ROI.

You’ll mentor the paid social team, run regular training, review output, and translate performance into clear creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on paid social experience with ecommerce clients.
• Proven expertise in Meta Business Manager; familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest.
• Strong mentoring and capability-building skills.
• Strong analytics using GA4, Shopify, and paid social reporting tools.
• Ability to translate performance into clear decisions and creative direction.
• Organised, collaborative, and trend-aware.

Responsibilities

• Define and own best-practice frameworks for paid social campaigns.
• Develop client strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more.
• Build, optimise, and oversee end-to-end campaigns for ROI.
• Lead testing across formats, copy, and audiences with clear direction.
• Analyze performance and report KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
• Champion measurement best practices and attribution analysis.
• Mentor and upskill the paid social team through training.
• Review team output and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Performance Account Director, creative, and strategy teams.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and share actionable updates.
