Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment within the APAC region. The role sits in a dynamic People & Culture team and focuses on process efficiency, systems optimization, and operational excellence across APAC.

You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, administer HR tech ecosystems, and lead data governance and compliance audits while supporting mobility and complex employee cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations.
• HRIS administration experience.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Experience in a shared services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to respond on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and onboarding.
• Administer HR tech systems (BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Jira, HireRight).
• Lead data governance and compliance audits across APAC.
• Support global mobility and relocations.
• Mentor junior People Ops Coordinators.
