Job summary

The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to translate survey insights into practical action and embed improvements across our organisation. You will advise managers, strengthen policies, and shape a compelling employee experience from offer through ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Broad People & Culture experience with independent ER advisory ability.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards.
• Natural ability to build relationships and coach managers with empathy.
• Strong interest in employee experience, engagement and culture.
• Ability to turn priorities into practical solutions and implement them.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with ownership of work.
• Hospitality sector experience and HRIS familiarity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement the People Strategy and initiatives informed by feedback to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Improve the employee journey across recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Roll out contemporary policies, position descriptions and practical resources.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee value proposition and workplace experience.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance and everyday people matters.
• Build manager capability and enable higher performing teams.
• Translate ideas into action and coordinate approved improvements.
