Help create a workplace where people feel supported, valued and empowered to thrive.
Are you an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys being a trusted advisor to managers, making things better and creating a great employee experience?
We're at an exciting point in our People & Culture journey, and we're looking for someone who wants to help turn positive ideas into meaningful change.
At The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, we've recently completed an organisation-wide employee survey, giving us valuable insights into what matters most to our people.
Now comes the exciting part – turning those insights into action.
We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to help turn our employee survey insights and future People Strategy into practical improvements. From strengthening our employee value proposition to creating a great employee experience from the moment someone accepts an offer, there's plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.
Our workforce is diverse, with around a quarter of our employees based in our Corporate Office and the remaining three-quarters working across four Social Enterprise cafés. You'll support over 100 employees across these two very different operating environments.
As our trusted internal People & Culture specialist, you'll be providing practical advice and coaching to managers while helping strengthen the policies, processes and everyday practices that support our people.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this is a hands‑on role with autonomy in your day‑to‑day work, the opportunity to contribute ideas and the satisfaction of seeing improvements put into practice.
We're open to considering flexible working arrangements, including part‑time hours for the right candidate, recognising that great experience and capability can come with different working preferences.
We're looking for someone who combines the technical expertise of an experienced People & Culture generalist with a genuine passion for creating a great place to work.
You’ll bring:
At The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, we’re passionate about helping people live healthier for longer.
Through our community and fundraising initiative, The Common Good, we fund life‑changing research, essential equipment and patient‑care programs that improve health outcomes for people across Queensland.
When you join our team, you’ll be part of a supportive and values‑driven organisation where people genuinely care about the work they do and the difference they make.
If you’re looking for a People & Culture role where you can use your expertise, contribute fresh ideas and help turn meaningful improvements into everyday experiences for employees, we’d love to hear from you.
