Downer Group is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager to lead the project’s people strategy on a major infrastructure initiative. You will partner with the Project Director and leadership team to shape workforce planning, industrial relations, culture, mobilisation and demobilisation, and guide a dedicated P&C team.

You will bring over 10 years of senior HR/IR experience in complex, unionised environments, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering people programs across

• Senior P&C leader with 10+ years in large, multi-site construction or infrastructure.
• Experience in complex, unionised environments and industrial relations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a P&C team.
• Strong partnership with senior project or business leaders.
• Experience in mobilisation, workforce growth, transition and demobilisation.
• Experience with enterprise agreements and workplace investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project P&C function and advise governance on workforce matters.
• Partner with the Project Director to shape people strategy.
• Manage workforce planning, industrial relations and culture initiatives.
