Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes.
• Experience with employee relations case management.
• Proficient with HR systems and workforce data.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on generalist role with a strong operational focus. You'll provide advice across the employee lifecycle, manage employee relations matters, coordinate HR processes and contribute to learning and development initiatives.

• Providing HR advice and support to leaders and employees
• Managing employee relations and case management matters
• Reviewing flexible working requests, contract variations and other employment matters
• Delivering workforce reporting, analytics and HR insights
• Supporting HR systems, data integrity and process improvements
• Coordinating and facilitating learning and development programs

Employee relations matters are generally low volume, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes through a fair, consultative and supportive approach.

About You:

You'll bring:

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes
• Experience managing employee relations matters and case management
• Confidence working with HR systems, reporting and workforce data
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done
• Experience with Employment Hero is an advantage
