Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our People Operations & Advisory team in Australia. This 16‑month, part‑time role (ideally 3 days per week) will provide specialist employee relations support and escalate issues for our offshore team, while strengthening leaders’ capability and shaping positive employment experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in an advisory role in a medium to large organisation or P&C Business Partner role.
• Proven track record on workplace investigations / Grievances.
• Customer focused with ability to work with a range of people at all levels.
• Proven coaching capability to resolve complex people problems using ER knowledge.
• Knowledge of modern awards, employment legislation and National Employment Standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex case management across investigations, grievances, performance matters and nonwork related injury cases.
• Providing specialist ER advice and interpretation of industrial instruments.
• Coaching leaders to navigate people issues confidently.
• Supporting development and continuous improvement of processes, tools and resources for self-service and capability building.
• Contributing to people reporting, insights and analytics in partnership with stakeholders.
