Job summary

Avina is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Elizabeth Vale clinic in a role that blends ongoing clinical work with mentoring and development of other clinicians. The position focuses on paediatric and youth caseloads across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will mentor junior clinicians while maintaining your own client caseload, contributing to multidisciplinary discussions and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy required.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Significant clinical experience in paediatric practice preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred Occupational Therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Manage a varied and complex paediatric/youth caseload.
• Complete functional assessments and intervention planning.
• Provide mentoring and supervision to developing clinicians.
• Contribute to case discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration.
