Job summary

Avina’s Elizabeth Vale clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to mentor others, manage a complex caseload across clinic, home, school and community settings within about 30 minutes of Elizabeth Vale.

Join a connected nine‑clinician team; you will lead clinical mentoring, supervise case discussions and shared learning, and contribute to quality practice while staying connected to direct clinical work.

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Commission suitability at Proficient level or above.
• Significant experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS.
• Experience managing complex presentations and developing Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support across clinic and community settings.
• Manage a varied and complex caseload with Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice requirements.
• Provide mentoring, clinical supervision and support to developing practitioners.
• Contribute to case discussions, peer learning and Communities of Practice.
• Collaborate with participants, families and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Support quality clinical practice and capability across the team.
• Continue developing clinical and leadership skills.
