Qualifications

• Experienced payroll systems, HRIS or HCM professional in a large organisation.
• Ability to configure enterprise payroll and time and attendance systems.
• translate payroll requirements into clear functional specs and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional business analysis across payroll systems and related modules.
• Configure and enhance payroll functionality and test scenarios.
• Undertake user acceptance and regression testing and validate payroll data/interfaces.
