St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the Group Payroll team. You will deliver accurate end-to-end payroll services for over 11,000 employees across multiple states, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements while providing expert payroll advice to employees and managers.

You will work within a collaborative national team, ensuring compliance and data integrity, while supporting continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• 1–3 years' experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Demonstrated experience processing end-to-end payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and ATO requirements.

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for a large and complex workforce.
• Respond to payroll enquiries from employees and managers, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and apply payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and organisational policies.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex payroll queries.
• Work collaboratively with Payroll, HR, Finance and operational stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and service delivery.
• Meet critical payroll deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
