Infosys BPM in Sydney (Parramatta) is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer for the Senior Process Executive role on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have CA/CPA/CMA qualification and 2–3 years end-to-end payroll processing experience, preferably with SAP and government sector exposure.

You will handle master data changes, timesheets, legislative updates, new starter setup and payroll queries, with audits and reporting support.

Competenze

• CA/CPA/CMA qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years end-to-end payroll experience, SAP knowledge.
• Government sector payroll experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process master data changes, hours, allowances and deductions.
• Process timesheets and leave applications.
• Update master data for legislation changes.
• Create and maintain organization units and roles.
• Manage positions and org units, reporting lines and titles.
• Process termination and redundancy estimates.
• Set up new starters and calculate total remuneration packages.
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
• Check payroll reports for variances, no super, duplicate bank and TFN.
• Support audits and ad hoc reporting.
