Responsibilities

• Payroll input processing - Processing payroll data in order to maintain and update payroll information into SAP payroll system.
• Resolving payroll queries related to payroll input processing.
• Performing quarterly and yearly audits along with lead/manager.
• Creating personal files and uploading employees' employment documents for onboarding.
• Updating organization units and roles; managing changes to positions and org units.
• Handling leave reconciliations and accruals for employees.
• Preparing and reviewing severance estimates and final payments.
• Supporting monthly and yearly client reporting and bulk on- and offboarding activities.
