Job summary

Perigon Group in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer for an initial 3-month temporary contract with high potential to extend. This hands-on role requires stepping into a complex environment and taking ownership of day-to-day payroll.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing across Australian entities, apply awards and EBAs, handle starters, leavers, adjustments and other payroll changes, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance.

• Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with complex, multi-entity payrolls.
• Solid knowledge of awards and EBAs.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle sensitive data.

An immediate opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join a busy organisation on an initial 3 month temporary contract with high likelyhood to extend longer.

This is a hands-on role suited to an established payroll professional who can confidently step into a complex environment, learn new processes quickly and take ownership of day-to-day payroll requirements. You’ll be joining a collaborative team and working closely with stakeholders across the broader business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Australian entities

• A practical, adaptable and team-focused approach
