Job description

Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. This milestone has been underpinned by a sector‑leading renewable energy power station, designed to deliver approximately 80–90% renewable energy penetration and support Bellevue’s position as a low‑carbon gold producer.

Bellevue Gold’s vision is to be a sustainable gold mining company that delivers value for shareholders, benefits local communities, and fosters a thriving workplace. Through its values‑based leadership approach, the Company is committed to building a high‑performance organization that delivers superior shareholder returns and positive ESG outcomes. We seek to foster an energetic and collaborative work culture that attracts and retains exceptional employees.

The role acts as the internal owner of payroll‑related processes, controls, reconciliations and reporting, working closely with an external payroll provider, HR and Finance to ensure payroll outcomes are accurate, well‑controlled and compliant with all relevant legislation.

The role also contributes to payroll projects, day to day AP operations, continuous improvement initiatives and statutory compliance activities (including ESS and FBT), providing both operational support and analytical insight to the business.
This position is offered on a full‑time basis, working in our West Perth office.
