Job summary

Catalyst Metals Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Leader to join our growing mining group.

You will supervise high-volume AP processing, manage supplier relationships and drive process improvements across procure-to-pay in the Perth CBD office.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication with suppliers and stakeholders, and a collaborative approach to optimize cashflow and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment with leadership.
• Strong understanding of the full procure-to-pay process.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Experience using Pronto ERP and related IT systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Payable function.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve invoice, purchasing and payment queries.
• Investigate and resolve PO mismatches and invoice discrepancies.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Work closely with procurement and operational teams to improve procurement-to-pay processes.
• Support month-end activities, monitor payment performance & prepare AP reporting.
• Contribute to ongoing systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage goods received not invoiced.
• Prepare payment times reporting submissions.
• Consolidate monthly AP statistics.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, expense claims and credit card reconciliation.
