Job summary

John Deere in Crestmead, Queensland, seeks a Senior Parts Management Analyst to partner with our dealer network and optimise parts inventory performance. You will turn data and insights into action, balancing availability with dealer profitability.

Based in Crestmead with up to 5% travel, you’ll analyse inventory trends, influence dealers, and support self-service analytics and AI-enhanced reporting across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience across inventory management, supply chain, parts, distribution or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; turn data into actionable items.
• Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Commercial thinking with balance between inventory investment and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealer management to improve inventory performance and parts availability.
• Analyse inventory performance, identify trends and turn data into practical recommendations.
• Influence dealers to adopt best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships across the John Deere dealer network and internal stakeholders.
• Support pre-season parts planning and contribute dealer insights into parts planning processes.
• Lead regular performance conversations with dealers, focusing on opportunities, actions and outcomes.
• Help dealers navigate new inventory-management tools, reporting capabilities and processes.
