Job summary

Duttons Adelaide Hills is seeking a Senior Spare Parts Interpreter to join our automotive team in Mount Barker (Totness).

You will relate with retail and trade customers to identify needs, locate parts in catalogs, prepare invoices, assist the warehouse, and coordinate with suppliers. Titan system knowledge is beneficial and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts preferred.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with good problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mechanical experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with retail and trade customers to identify needs.
• Identify the make, model and variations of vehicles.
• Check catalogs or databases to locate required parts.
• Prepare invoices and process cash/credit transactions.
• Assist in the warehouse.
• Order and receive parts from manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and invoicing for counter and phone sales.
• Knowledge of the Titan system is a plus; training will be provided.

Senior Parts Interpreter – Duttons Adelaide Hills

Mount Barker (Totness) 30 minutes from Adelaide CBD

Due to continued expansion, Duttons Adelaide Hills are seeking a Senior Spare Parts Interpreter to join the team.

Ideally, previous experience in a parts role is preferable. We hire for attitude, so if your passion is 'everything automotive' we want to hear from you.

• Hands on Mechanical Experience a HUGE plus. Technical / Engineering knowledge a plus.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

• Knowledge of the Titan system will be well regarded although not essential as training will be provided.
