Online Marketing Gurus in Sydney is seeking a Senior Paid Media Consultant to lead client strategy across Google, Meta and other paid channels. You will collaborate with the Sydney team to deliver high-impact campaigns and drive growth for diverse clients.

The role requires 3–4 years' experience, strong analytics, and the ability to manage large budgets. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive, award-winning agency culture and opportunities to advance.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Google & Meta.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics.
• Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Building the client strategy document within the prescribed timeline in line with OMG best practice Google, Meta, TikTok and any other paid channels that are included in the OMG service offering.
• Drive strategic improvements within OMG’s social media service offering and work with your line manager to develop and improve agency technical best practices.
• Grow your client accounts to become multi-service clients
• Provide creative input to drive performance across core products such as Pmax & Meta
• Attend client calls and present at strategy alignment meetings to discuss your work and accomplishments
• Research new strategies, channels & ideas to help drive new products forwards
• Be part of new feature and tech rollout in our proprietary platform Gurulytics
• Attend industry events where available

As a Senior Paid Media Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building the client strategy document within the prescribed timeline in line with OMG best practice Google, Meta, TikTok and any other paid channels that are included in the OMG service offering.
