We Are Welcome is a full‑service agency in Darlinghurst, Sydney, where ten disciplines sit in‑house and briefs are owned by the team. You’ll own paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic with real budgets and clear accountability.

Work daily with creative, SEO, content and strategy on shared accounts, use AI in workflow, and turn spend into measurable outcomes. This hybrid role is based in our Darlinghurst base and offers strong learning and growth.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5+ years hands-on across Google Ads and Meta, agency side preferred.
• Deep in GA4 and Google Tag Manager; tracking and attribution setup shouldn't intimidate you.
• Sharp on keyword intent, bidding strategy, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation.
• Already using AI tools in your paid workflow, or genuinely curious and fast to pick things up.

Responsabilidades

The Role

Paid media, end to end, across a premium portfolio of globally recognised brands.

You'll own strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic. Real budgets, real autonomy, real accountability for the number at the bottom of the report.

We want someone who gets a genuine kick out of the work. Finding the efficiency nobody else spotted. Scaling the thing that's working. Killing the thing that isn't, fast, without getting precious about it. Turning spend into outcomes a CFO would recognise.

AI is rewriting paid media faster than any channel we run. If it's already in your workflow, brilliant. If it isn't yet but you're curious and quick, we'll back you and fund the learning.

What You'll Own

• Full-funnel paid strategy across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Shopping, Retargeting), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic
• Budget, bidding and forecasting across a multi-account portfolio
• Measurement that holds up under scrutiny: GA4, GTM, server-side tagging where it counts, Consent Mode, CAPI and offline conversion imports
• Creative testing at pace, briefing our in-house creative team directly instead of firing briefs into a black hole
• Ad copy that earns the click and the conversion, not just the impression
• Audience strategy, first-party data activation, competitor and intent analysis
• Incrementality, geo and holdout testing. We're interested in what actually moved, not a last-click scoreboard
• AI in the workflow: creative variants, script automation, anomaly detection, audience insight, reporting
• Client-ready reporting across CPL, CPA, ROAS, MER and LTV, with a clear recommendation attached
• Staying ahead of platform change, because it never stops
• Working daily with creative, SEO, content and strategy on the same accounts

About You

• 3 to 5+ years hands-on across Google Ads and Meta, agency side preferred
• Results you can walk us through in detail: what you changed, why you changed it, what it moved
• Deep in GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Tracking, attribution and conversion setup don't intimidate you
• Sharp on keyword intent, bidding strategy, audience segmentation and conversion optimisation
• Already using AI tools in your paid workflow, or genuinely curious and fast to pick things up. We'll invest either way
• A strategic head with an operator's hands. You can think it through and then actually build it
• You can take a messy data story and explain it to a client in one clear sentence
• You like the pace, variety and expectations of agency life

• Unbounce, Zapier, marketing automation, or a bit of scripting in Sheets or Python
• Paid experience with luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
