Responsibilities

• Align with procurement strategy and execution plan.
• Maintain Work Package data in the systems and update as required.
• Support creation and updating of the schedule, work front analysis, and 3-week lookahead.
• Attend progress meetings and liaise with Client IPT, ESP and Sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of Work Packages.
• Coordinate with management, procurement, project controls, planners and other stakeholders to issue Work Packages on time.
