Job summary

Titan Recruitment presents an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the owner’s electrical package on a major mining development in Australia. You will drive design reviews, manage contractors and interfaces, and own delivery from design to handover.

Join a high-performing project team on a FIFO 8/6 roster with Perth or Brisbane options, engaging with EPCs, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience delivering major capital projects.
• Experience managing contractors and construction packages.
• Strong HV and power distribution knowledge.
• Background in mining or heavy industry.
• Experience across project execution and delivery phases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner's representative for the electrical package.
• Manage package delivery from design through to handover.
• Participate in and challenge engineering design reviews.
• Ensure designs meet operational and maintainability requirements.
• Oversee contractor and OEM performance throughout execution.
• Manage interfaces across multiple project stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project cost, schedule and quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate package-related project risks.
• Support construction activities and site execution planning.
• Coordinate commissioning and transition to operations.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Provide package reporting and progress updates to leadership.
• Support cross-functional delivery activities where required.
• Champion safe project delivery and positive project culture.
