Job Q in Melbourne's South East is seeking a seasoned P&C Business Partner to own the partnering remit for a 150-employee Victorian operation. You will work directly with the GM and site leaders to shape strategy, solve employee relations matters and drive workforce planning and organisational change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience at P&C Business Partner level.
• Construction industry or similar sector experience.
• Experience partnering with blue-collar, casualised and field-based workforces.
• End-to-end P&C and complex employee relations experience.
• Confident partnering with senior operational leaders and challenging when needed.
• Experience across multi-site operations.
• Commercial, pragmatic, consultative mindset.
• Ability to operate in the grey and find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM and site leaders on strategic and day-to-day people matters.
• Manage complex ER matters including investigations, terminations and investigations.
• Coach leaders and support workforce planning and change.
• Drive culture, engagement and leadership capability across Victoria.
• Support enterprise agreements and broader IR matters.
• Lead and develop the P&C Coordinator.
• Use data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Contribute to national HR technology, AI, automation and process projects.
