Job summary

ABC Group is seeking a Residential Supervisor to manage a portfolio of building repair projects across QLD. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and organise trades, this is the perfect fit for you!

You will lead site meetings, coordinate trades, provide updates to insurers and homeowners, and ensure work is completed to high quality and safety standards while managing budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites is a bonus.
• Intermediate-level computer literacy; experience with estimating or project management software is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works.
• Liaising with our trade base, allocating and scheduling works across the repair portfolio.
• Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing trade activities to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
