About the Role

As Operations Manager - Service, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of Managers and operational leaders.

• Taking ownership of operational performance, workforce productivity and financial outcomes.
• Managing budgets, profitability and key business KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Leading business improvement initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Coaching and developing leaders to create a high-performance culture.
• Ensuring safety, compliance and risk management standards are maintained.
