SustainRecruit is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Account Services team in Melbourne. You will own complex processes across client onboarding, account setup, and service delivery within a sophisticated wealth management environment.

As a senior team member, you will collaborate with advisers, support teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement across operations. This role offers growth and exposure to broad wealth management operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience within financial services operations, wealth management or investment administration.
• Strong understanding of account maintenance, client onboarding and operational controls.
• Exposure to AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex client onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirements
• Manage account establishment, maintenance, amendments and closures
• Support the administration of deceased estates and sensitive client matters
• Perform daily operational controls, reconciliations and reporting
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, custodians and external providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and operational procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required

The Role As a senior member of the team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration of client accounts while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance and client service.
