Job summary

Seek.com.au is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and scale a Melbourne-based outdoor estate maintenance business with 50+ staff and 600+ clients. You will own the entire operating structure across field, onshore, and offshore administration, driving growth in Victoria and into New South Wales.

You’ll work closely with the founder from South Melbourne, shape systems, implement AI tools to lift productivity, and recruit and develop leaders. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role.

• Experience developing and promoting leaders.

Responsibilities
