Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Operations team in Melbourne's Docklands. You will mentor Operations Managers, uphold safety and compliance, and drive service delivery across a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operations or facilities management leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple teams and managers.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties.
• Sound knowledge of building operations, maintenance, compliance and WHS.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Owners Corporations and Owners Corporation Managers (highly regarded).
• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Operations Managers and their teams.
• Oversee daily operations across FMV's building portfolio to ensure consistent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and attend meetings as required.
• Coordinate HR, payroll, rostering and workforce planning with Head Office.
• Monitor performance and drive operational improvements and efficiency.
