Job summary

SensesWA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide senior operational leadership across disability service streams in Perth. You will support safe, high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable delivery, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborating with the Executive team.

With 7+ years in human services, you will lead service managers, balances quality, workforce, governance and financial priorities, and drive improvement across multi-site services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior operations leadership in human services.
• Experience leading service managers and large multi-site teams.
• Tertiary qualification in business/management or related field.
• Current driver’s license and ability to work across SensesWA locations.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with service development, tenders or grants.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across allocated disability services.
• Lead service managers, divisional leads and operational leaders to deliver multi-service outcomes.
• Support budgets, workforce costs, service performance and financial sustainability.
• Lead operational planning, service improvement, service redesign and continuous improvement.
• Support governance, risk, compliance, safeguarding, incident management and quality systems.
• Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for the COO and board reporting as required.
• Represent SensesWA with funders, government and external partners.
