Linktal Recruitment is seeking an all-round operator to own freight operations and learn the commercial side, coordinating end-to-end sea and air shipments. You will manage client relationships and earn commissions for the businesses you bring in, with direct access to a hands-on director.

• 2+ years freight forwarding operations experience across sea or air
• The drive to take ownership beyond day-to-day coordination

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sea and air import and export shipment coordination
• Own your client relationships and develop the commercial side of your role
• Coordinate documentation, customs clearance, and delivery across all shipments
• Liaise with clients, carriers, overseas agents, and customs brokers
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across all shipments in CargoWise
