Proserpine Auto Repairs and Towing Service in Whitsundays, QLD is seeking a Service & Operations Coordinator to run the workshop, towing and roadside operations. You will manage bookings, dispatch, parts, logistics and invoicing, while coordinating a busy team and maintaining high service levels.

This hands-on role requires initiative, practical problem solving, strong communication and attention to detail as you work closely with Directors to keep operations smooth and scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, workshop, towing or roadside services.
• Ability to manage bookings, parts, staff and logistics.
• Strong communication, initiative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of workshop, towing and roadside assistance.
• Manage bookings, jobs and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate dispatch, scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate mechanics, tow operators and staff.
• Manage parts ordering and ensure supplies.
• Monitor workflow, vehicle movements and progress.
• Process invoicing across platforms.
• Take jobs from booking to completion and invoicing.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and insurers.
