Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project management or operational improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong report writing and business documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve business systems, procedures and processes.
