Job summary

Novotech is seeking an Operational Strategy Manager (Oncology) to translate sponsor requirements into competitive study execution plans across oncology indications. You will partner with Business Development, Finance, and cross-functional teams to shape proposal content and operational recommendations throughout the lifecycle.

You will review budgets, assess feasibility, and defend operational approaches during sponsor interactions, ensuring seamless handover from proposal to delivery while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and feasibility assessments.
• Experience developing operational strategies for clinical research opportunities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of operational strategies for new business opportunities based on protocol requirements and sponsor objectives.
• Translate feasibility findings and operational data into executable study delivery recommendations.
• Create compelling operational proposal content communicating plans, risks, and differentiators.
• Present operational strategies to sponsors and defend proposed approaches in meetings.
• Identify risks and provide strategic recommendations to balance competitiveness with feasibility.
