Barwon Health is seeking a Senior Oncology Pharmacy Leader to oversee the governance, maintenance and development of the CHARM electronic prescribing system across Barwon Health and Colac Area Health. You will work with the Associate Director of Pharmacy and multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive evidence-based oncology care.

• Senior specialist leadership experience in hospital pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of oncology treatments and medication safety.
