Formación

• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA and postgraduate training in oncology.
• Experience in hospital oncology services and medication safety.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review and maintain CHARM treatment pathways and governance.
• Oversee regional CHARM drug formulary and drug information.
• Coordinate user access, training and system support with IT/vendors.
• Lead CHARM governance, audits and continuous improvement.
