Job summary

WA Country Health Service seeks a Senior Pharmacist (CancerServices) to lead oncology pharmacy services across the region, including TeleChemotherapy and ICT governance. You will shape clinical practice, policy and quality assurance while supporting regional teams.

Your role focuses on safe cancer therapies, workforce development and research/quality improvements, with responsibilities spanning governance, audit and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical service planning and staff supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge in oncology/haematology pharmacy and policy development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, plan and develop services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver clinical pharmacy services to regional cancer patients.
• Manage TeleChemotherapy services and site support; oversee ICT applications.
• Lead medication pathway governance and quality/safety initiatives.
• Contribute to workforce development, audits, policy work and research.
