Job summary

Barwon Health in Geelong seeks an Oncology Informatics (CHARM) Lead Pharmacist for Cancer Services. You will lead CHARM governance, oversee pathways and formulary, and coordinate training and system upgrades across Barwon Health and Colac Area Health.

The role combines cancer pharmacy leadership, clinical informatics and medication safety to support high‑quality oncology care and regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate pharmacy qualification and AHPRA registration.
• Hospital and clinical pharmacy experience of 8+ years, incl. 3+ years in cancer services.
• Experience with CHARM or pharmacy informatics highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain CHARM treatment pathways and trial protocols.
• Oversee compounding worksheets and the CHARM formulary across the region.
• Coordinate user access, training and system support with IT/vendors.
• Lead CHARM governance, audits, reporting and continuous improvement.
