Job summary

National 360 is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our Bendigo team. You will manage a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, and other allied health areas via home visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.

You will enjoy flexible scheduling, regular supervision, and clear pathways for professional development, with a supportive work-life balance and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (OT or Speech Pathology) and be eligible for AHPRA or SPA registration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Ability to travel and have access to a vehicle; full Australian working rights.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned with your interests (mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive tech, or generalist) via community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Set appointments flexibly; work from home and attend the Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with strong work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, behaviour support, early childhood, speech pathology, and physiotherapy to deliver community services.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, early childhood practitioners, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for AHPRA or SPA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
