Job summary

National 360 Bendigo is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred, community-based care across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a generalist mix. Work includes community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions with flexible appointment options including remote work.

About The Role

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Bendigo office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
