National 360 in Hobart is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team and grow your clinical skills. You’ll manage a caseload across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, and more, with flexible appointments, telehealth, and a Hobart office.

You’ll receive regular supervision, development support, and clear career progression, with a strong focus on work-life balance and collaboration with therapists, behaviour support, and early childhood

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology is required.
• Full AHPRA or SPA registration is required.
• Australian working rights (or pending) are required.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to own vehicle and valid driving license is required.
• NDIS Worker Check and RWVP Check are required or to be obtained.

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Hobart office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, early childhood practitioners, and speech pathologists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
• Hold full AHPRA or SPA registration.
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1/3+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) Check.
