National 360 is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Occupational Therapist) in Adelaide to mentor and develop Occupational Therapists delivering services across NDIS, private, and aged care clients. You will supervise, guide and support clinicians, while contributing to high-quality client outcomes in various settings including community, telehealth and clinic.

You should have 3+ years of OT experience, AHPRA registration, and unrestricted Australian working rights.

• 3+ years' experience in community, private or acute OT settings.
• Proven ability to provide 1:1 and group supervision to Occupational Therapists.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and review intervention plans.
• Ability to document and maintain compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements.

Join National 360 as a Clinical Supervisor in Adelaide! You'll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, mentoring and developing emerging and experienced Occupational Therapists while making a genuine difference in the lives of NDIS, private and aged care clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage a caseload that suits your interests whether that's mental health, Paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix, across community, telehealth and clinic settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Occupational Therapists through 1:1 and group meetings, report reviews, case discussions, and joint visits.
• Develop and review individualised intervention plans, providing clinically appropriate recommendations to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice, documentation and compliance with NDIS and organisational requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Clinical Practice Advisors and multidisciplinary teams to support effective workflow and quality service delivery.
• Mentor and support early career clinicians and new team members through education, guidance and professional development.
• Get involved in team life from social events and lunches to celebrations that help build a connected and supportive workplace culture.

ABOUT YOU

• You have 3+ years' experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• You have AHPRA registration.
• You have unrestricted Australian working rights.
• You have a current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC.
